Refund policy
Damaged or Flawed Products
If a product arrives damaged or flawed due to a manufacturing error, we offer a full refund, including shipping. Contact us within 15 days if you are located in the European Union or 30 days if you are located outside the European Union.

If we accept your return, weβll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
If youβre located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youβll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Weβll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. Weβll let you know if weβve approved your refund. Note that processing times can vary with banks and credit card companies.
